Web Design in Florida

Custom websites for Florida businesses, from a studio in Tampa. In person around Tampa Bay, remote everywhere else, and the same standard either way.

Website builds start at $2,000. Ongoing care and updates start at $125/month.

A Florida site speaks both languages

Across Florida, a big share of your customers search in Spanish. Most business sites still treat that as an afterthought, a translate button or nothing at all. I build both languages in from the start, each with its own pages for Google to find.

Florida also searches on a phone, often outdoors and often in a hurry. That makes speed a business decision, not a technical one: Google ranks on how fast your page appears, and people leave before a slow one finishes. Every site here is measured at launch, and the numbers are published on the work page.

In person, I work across Tampa Bay. Anywhere else in the state, the whole project runs remotely: video calls, a preview link you can open any time, and changes as we go. Distance isn't the obstacle it used to be: one of the sites below was built for a distillery in Kentucky.

Who it's for

Florida businesses that want a site built properly, wherever in the state they are.

Medical practices

Chiropractors, physical therapy clinics, and private practices. Before OCA Designs I worked more than three years as a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant, and there's a page just for practices.

Bilingual businesses

If your customers speak English and Spanish, your site should too, written properly in both and indexed separately, so each language ranks on its own.

Businesses with no site yet

A day care with seventeen years of families and no page online. A distillery with a coming-soon page. A first site done right is the biggest jump a business can make.

Old Steel House Distillery

Bourbon distillery · Coxs Creek, KY

The brief

A 180-year distilling heritage on forty-five acres of Bourbon Country, represented online by a single “coming soon” page. No story, no spirits, no way to book a tour, and nothing for a search engine to index.

The build

A full site built around the place itself: the heritage, the spirits with their proof and age, the tasting room, and a visit that can be planned from the couch. A homepage that reads like a label, and pages Google can finally send bourbon lovers to. The client is in Kentucky, about 800 miles from the studio.

How it works

Four steps, in order, every time, with the same person from the first call to launch. Most sites go live in three to five weeks, and you can open the work in progress on a preview link whenever you like.

  1. Measure

Discovery. Your goals, your market, your customers — we learn the shape of the business before anything gets drawn.

  2. Cut

Design. Type, layout, and tone chosen for you specifically — presented as real screens, not mood boards.

  3. Fit

Build. Development, revisions, and detail passes until everything sits exactly right.

  4. Deliver

Launch. The site live on your domain, print on your desk, and every file handed over.

Every site includes

  • Custom design & build, no templates
  • A page for each service you sell
  • Call, text & contact on every screen
  • English & Spanish, if your customers speak both
  • Local SEO foundations: titles, sitemap & business markup
  • Launch & hosting setup
  • Every file handed over at the end

Questions

Do you work outside Tampa Bay?
Yes. Projects outside Tampa Bay run remotely, on video calls and a preview link, and launch the same way. If you'd rather meet in person, I'll tell you honestly whether the drive makes sense.
Do you specialize in any industry?
Medical practices. Before OCA Designs I worked more than three years as a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant, so I know how patients pick a provider. Everything else, I learn your business before designing anything. Medical practice websites
How long does a website take?
Most sites launch in three to five weeks. Remote projects take the same time; the schedule depends on the number of pages and how quickly content comes together.
What does a website cost?
Builds start at $2,000, and ongoing care and updates start at $125 a month. Remote or in person, the price is the same.
Who owns the site when it's done?
You do. It launches on your domain and every file is handed over, so you're never locked in to me or to a page builder.
